From Riyadh's King Abdullah Financial District to Jeddah's Corniche, I shoot hotels, residences and Vision 2030 developments across the Kingdom on location, brief by brief.
What I Photograph
Saudi Arabia is mid-build on a scale most markets never see — Vision 2030 giga-projects breaking ground, international hotel brands opening in Riyadh for the first time, Jeddah's residential corridor pushing further along the Corniche. Hotel managers, developers, architects and interior designers call on this work when the property is too significant for a rushed, generic shoot.
Lobbies, suites, F&B venues, spas and ballrooms, shot to whatever brand standard a given hotel group is enforcing. Saudi interiors bring their own lighting quirks, and a fast, slapdash edit shows it immediately. Past work includes Hilton, Marriott, One&Only and Sofitel properties.
Riyadh's Al Olaya and Al Malqa, Jeddah's Al Hamra and Corniche stretch — places where the photography is doing a meaningful share of the selling before a viewing ever happens.
Vision 2030 builds across the Kingdom have made up a growing share of this work — facades, structural lines, material detail, shot at the hour each design reads the way it was meant to.
Restaurants, lobbies, showrooms, offices and retail floors — built for tenders, annual reports and the kind of social/marketing content that has to perform beyond the Kingdom too.
How It Works
We discuss your property in Riyadh, Jeddah or across Saudi Arabia, your deadlines and deliverable requirements. For large projects I conduct a pre-shoot walkthrough to plan lighting setups and shot lists.
Shoots are planned around natural light windows and tethered to a laptop so you can review selects in real time. Each space is styled, lit and captured methodically to international brand standards.
Each image is retouched with exposure blending, colour correction and detail work in Capture One and Photoshop. No filters, no shortcuts — only professional-grade output.
Full-resolution TIFFs and web-optimised JPEGs delivered via private link within the agreed turnaround. Contact us today for more details.

About Tom Jose
Based in Dubai, with Riyadh and Jeddah frequent enough on the schedule to feel like routine territory rather than occasional travel.
Hospitality clients have included Hilton, Marriott, One&Only, Sofitel and Anantara — imagery built for OTA platforms, brand campaigns and the marketing materials international groups use to introduce a Saudi property to a global audience.
Residential and commercial work runs through Riyadh's King Abdullah Financial District and Al Malqa, and Jeddah's Al Hamra and Corniche — developer and designer briefs in submarkets where the right photography noticeably speeds up sales.
Architecture studios, construction firms and master developers bring this in for buildings, facades and landmark structures — Vision 2030 developments included — scheduled for the light each project actually needs.
Further afield, this extends to the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, the Maldives, Thailand and Singapore.
